Admission
The admission ticket is a one-time purchase, you can use it any day you like!
** Note : Any party not following our rules (mentioned here, on the website, in the facility, and on your reservation booking) can be asked to end the party and leave at any time without a refund.
Reservations must be done at least 3 days prior to your event date. We open our weekday and weekend play to the public the Sunday prior. However, give us a call or email us at cheerlandplay@gmail.com
Yes! Our facility can be rented for any kind of celebration that needs a play area for children. Like: baby showers, gender reveal, preschool graduations, end of the year class playdate etc.
Our party coordinator will get in touch with you via email 5-7 days ahead of your party date to verify some information and start the planning.
Yes, we require a non-refundable 50% of the value of the package you choose.
No. Due to policy, you are not allowed to bring in any outside food or drink. However, we do have a menu you can order from, and we will prepare everything for you. You just need to show up!
For safety reasons, we cannot allow open flames in our facility. This does not apply to birthday candles.
Normally we will make it ready for you! If You would like to bring your own decoration, you may arrive 15-20 minutes early before your scheduled party time to begin setting up for your party.
We will help you with planning, design, preparation, and decoration. Also, we will take care of after-party cleaning to make it easy. SIMPLE ENOUGH! YAY!
Yes! Every party has an option to extend 30 minutes long for $60, also the last party has the option of extending your party for 60 minutes for $100. Please give us at least one week's notice if you would like to extend your party.
Yes, anyone who joins your party with children under 18 years old will need to fill out a waiver. You can have them fill out ahead of time at cheerland.com/waiver
